So you think people would have just lined up to be tested knowing that if they test positive they will be locked up for life in order to receive “treatment” that wouldn’t even cure the disease. Whatever. The assumption is so ridiculous, and you havn’t addressed any of my points. I also think Reagan handled it horribly for the reasons I outlined above.
