homeowner so please answer the following three questions
1) why all of a sudden are they towing cars?
20 why do they have ‘workers” circling the parking lot and pouncing on your car within minutes? ( wasn’t me but I saw this happen to another person)
3) why are the signs unclear not stating who can park there??
