Two crooks were nabbed by Lakewood cops on September 12, as a result of a two-month investigation following a string of commercial and residential burglaries and thefts of more than $25,000 in property, reported the Asbury Park Press.
The Lakewood PD told the APP that they have charged the two thieves with multiple counts of burglary and theft, and that more than half the stolen property has been recovered.
They targeted commercial vehicles, businesses and homes and reportedly stole items such as tools, radios, commercial equipment, heating and cooling units, electronics, money, and jewelry.
