i dont believe it possible in todays day and age to hide a airliner and its passengers / former passengers rip,
hence plane must have been destroyed with all bodies, whether naturally in ocean i dont know i would imagine they would have long found something substantial, i therefore believe a hijacking of sorts took place and was foiled or attacked and plane and passengers were destroyed.
