Just for some perspective. I use Chaburah Matza, in which a group rents out the bakery and we bake it ourselves. Nobody is hired. it ends up being around $9/lb. Once you start hiring people I can only imagine how much more that makes it. (Obviously the bakery doesn’t pay rent, so I’m losing some accounting here.)
