I have had several NCSY-type people who have since been Chozer Bitshuvah (and become very “Yeshivish”) if they are obligated to tell potential spouses about past dalliances with the opposite gender. I was told (by several major Poskim with whom I discussed the issue) that it is Assur to divulge such information as it would be an Issur Chamur of Lashon Hara (as it is often very easy to find out or obvious who the person was with).
