2:10PM EST: United Hatzolah is on the scene at the Kinneret, and have just pulled the body of a 5-year-old child out of the water. Sources tell YWN Israel, that United Hatzolah activated the United Hatzalah Captain Leo V. Berger Water Rescue Unit. in the Kinneret after the parents reported that their child had gone under the water.

After a 30 minute search by Hatzolah boat, the body of the child was located, and pulled from the water. Paramedics attempted to save the child’s life, but were unfortunately unsuccessful, and the child was pronounced dead.

The child is from a Charedi family who are residents in Elad. Further information will be released pending proper notifications.
