And again your point about R’ Nadel is irrelevant. He explicitly said that the Rambam’s shitta was that science was not fully developed in the time of Chazal which may have led to mistakes. He might not hold this way himself, and he might not want anyone to know that the Rambam said this, but he definitely understood the Rambam this way.
