Rabbi Yaacov Gaissinovitch, a Chabad-Lubavitch emissary, doctor and mohel who sometimes performs up to five circumcisions in a single day, presided over his 4,500th circumcision last week, the Jewish community of Dnepropetrovsk announced in a statement.

Gaissinovitch, a resident of Donetsk, Ukraine, who has practiced his craft for more than 13 years, once performed 22 circumcisions in a single day when campers at a Jewish summer camp in Dnepropetrovsk volunteered to undergo the procedure with their parents’ permission. He frequently travels throughout Ukraine and Moldova when his services are needed.

“All the Jews of Dnepropetrovsk, as well as all the Jews of Ukraine … wish him and his wonderful wife Lisa a long life, success, good health, great joy from his family and his children, and the continual blessings of the Almighty,” read the statement.
