The Me’oras HaMachpelah on Tuesday, 6 Tishrei 5778, will be open exclusively to Jews, including Ulam Yitzchak. As such, many rabbonim and admorim are expected to visit ahead of Yom Kippur.
The holy site will open at 4:00am for slichos and tefilos neitz and remain open to Jews only throughout the day. Thousands of mispallalim are expected during the day from around the country. The Karlin-Stoliner Rebbe Shlita has signaled he plans to visit, as is HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Eliyahu Shlita, who will lead a Hisvaadus beginning at 10:30pm. The rav will deliver words of chizuk and hisorarus ahead of slichos, which will be held in the Ulam Yitzchak.
Rabbonim from around the country, MKs, cabinet ministers and other officials are expected to attend slichos.
