When asked to comment US President Donald Trump’s promise to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, 35% of Israelis believe this will occur as compared to 22% believing it will not happen.
The poll was conducted by Magar Mochot Institute on Wednesday, 12 Shevat, commissioned by the weekly BaSheva newspaper. The poll surveyed 501 adults over the age of 18.
35% are certain President Trump will relocate the embassy, 38% believe it will occur, and 22% do not believe it will occur. The remaining 5% had different responses.
The poll also asked respondents of they believe the nation is ready for a religious prime minister.
