In that the condition of the eyes of the congregation, our Master, the Gaon HaRav Aharon Leib Shteinman shlita is most serious, we have seen to awaken Heavenly Mercy to preserve with us the Sages of Israel, and to employ the suggestion of Rav Moshe Chaim Luzzatto zt”l according to the Holy Zohar Parshas VaYetzeh and according to the suggestion of our Master a few years ago.

That is, to gather groups within our Kollelim and Yeshivos to learn Torah unceasingly for three days continuously without stop. For this is a wonderful segulah capable of abolishing difficult decrees, may the Merciful One save us.

May Hashem Yisbarach have mercy on us to restore and heal him, for the times need him, as our sages have said (Eiruvin 29b [regarding Rabbi Chaninah]).

May we witness the comforting of Tzion and Yerushalayim quickly in our days, Amain.
