The book that the Rebbe had was a book either by Bibi’s Shver (shmuel ben artzi) or brother in law chagi.
Bibi asked the Rebbe if he had actually read the book…
The rebbe asked bibi if he is a descendant of the vilna gaon
Bibi says my father’s father, Reb Natan Milikovsky was a direct descendant and adds that his wife’s family is from navordok and slips in something that they are real lithuanian and not chasidic.
He then says that he has heard from Rav Eichler (sitting next to him) that the Rebbe (and belzer chasidim) are supporters of him.
He also says something about the “greatness” of his great grandfather possibly skipping him, but definitely “hitting” his father and his son (avner)
