I don’t know any of the details of this incident, but if they think he drowned, there’s a very effective segulah to find bodies in these kind of cases. I would ask a rav for the details, but it involves going to where the body was last seen, in a boat, and dropping pieces of challah in the water, and the body floats to the surface. Hatzlacha raba.
This is a very sad and unfortunate story. Danny was a great person that was always out to help others. This is a real tragedy. May his family see peace very soon.
