Five girls have R”L perished in a Jerusalem fire on Derech Hebron Street on Sunday afternoon 3 Teves. The fire occurred in an apartment on the sixth story of a residential structure. A mother in her 30s and four girls ranging in age from 12 to 2 years have been pronounced dead on the scene.
MDA Jerusalem District Deputy Chief Avi Chovav is monitoring EMS operations on the scene, which unfortunately has resulted in multiple victims pronounced DOA on the scene. Police and fire inspectors are also coordinating on the scene as the fire is believed to me more than an innocent blaze, and there is talk of a possible multiple murder and suicide by the mom.
The father arrived home after it was too late and members of the United Hatzalah Psychotrauma Unit were working with him and distraught neighbors who explain the family is “normative and no one would have any reason to suspect anything wrong”.

If it turns out a murder-suicide- then I always say : If you are depressed or willing to take your own life (assuming we are talking about an “otherwise normal” person) ; be it so (unless of course , someone has the capability of stopping you)—–but what did your precious children do to deserve this atrocity????????????
