Israel Railways has announced work on the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem express line will take place for a number of days beginning on a Wednesday and continue until Sunday. This will result in the closure of the Tel Aviv University station from Wednesday, 21 Kislev through 25 Kislev.
Railway officials add that riders should expect changes on some lines as a result of the ongoing work.
The last time Israel Railways carried out work on Shabbos it led to a coalition crisis with the chareidi parties.
