7:11AM IL: Fire trucks are responded to a large blaze along Highway 6, known as ‘Kvish 6’, in the area of the Kiryat Gat Interchange.

Police are closing the road intermittently due to the flames, which are reportedly advancing at a rapid pace due to heavy winds in the area. Trains service halted from Kiryat Gat.

Regarding the Haifa fires, 23 victims remain hospitalized on Friday morning, 24 Cheshvan. They are all suffering from smoke inhalation. A total of 165 fire victims were transported to Rambam, Bnei Tzion and Carmel Hospitals.
