Soldiers along the Gaza border on Shabbos morning 6 Tishrei detected a kite crossing the border from Gaza, not just any kite, but one equipped with a camera. The kite was heading towards them when the soldiers fired warning shots in the air. The kite then reversed direction.

According to IDF officials, there was no threat presented by the kite at any time, which headed back to Gaza.
