A caretaker at the Pardes Bungalow Colony 236 Old Liberty Road in the Town of Thompson was murdered Thursday and it is reported that police are questioning several people as the investigation continues.
The victim, is said to be a resident of New Jersey, was reported to have been struck, possibly with a shovel. He had been reported missing a day before.
A source confirmed to YWN that the victim is John Ferrari.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation also involving the State Police at Liberty.
