I could be mistaken, but it appears that the first photo was taken in daylight. Note the apparent sunlight on the gentleman’s cheek in the left foreground. Since Reb Chaim follows the ruling of the Chazon Ish and lights 20 min. after sunset, the only way to snap a photo in sunlight would be Friday afternoon erev Shabbos Chanukah. That would mean that this particular photo is from a previous year. Nothing wrong with that, but don’t label this as a photo of the First Night of Chanukah, if it is not.
