An evening of inspiration and chizuk to commemorate to fourth yartzeit of Hagoan Harav Nosson Tzvi Finkel Zatzal and in light of the recent security concerns in Eretz Yisroel.
A large gathering of the Rosh Yeshiva Zatzal’s talmidim along with other bnei torah, assembled in the Givat Hamivtar Shul in Yerushalayim. The event was attended by the current Rosh Yeshiva of the Mir along with a large crowd who came to hear the magnificent droshos which were offered in Hebrew and in English.
The Shul is currently housed in a caravan on Paran St. and boasts a vibrant, young and rapidly growing membership. From the day that its modest structure was erected, the Minyanim have been steadily expanding and the numbers of the daily ‘learners and daveners keep growing. The recent inauguration of Hagoan Harav Nissan Kaplan Shlita as Rav has contributed invaluably to the ruchnius of the kehilla and to its ambitious interests in serving Hashem.
The Rav, a world renowned Posek, Mechaber of the voluminous work Shalmei Nissim (amongst other seforim), and famous Maggid Shiur in Yeshivas Mir, Yerushalayim, honored the event by delivering an inspiring and insightful drasha in English, stressing that the kehilla can learn from the late Rosh Yeshiva that to Hebrew speakers you speak in Hebrew, to English speakers you speak in English as long as the message is clear, the only way to fight the war and to win is to learn more Torah and to grow in Ruchnius.
The Mir Rosh Yeshiva Rav Eliezer Yehuda Finkal Shlita offered Divrei Chizuk and Bracha for the eager yungerleit. The event was also honored by Hagoan Rav Binyomin Finkel Shlita, a cousin of R’ Nosson Tzvi Zatzal who also addressed the tzibur and gave Divrei Chizuk.

Is that the BIG thing we can learn from the late Rosh Yeshiva??
It is not a simple thing. The Rosh Yeshiva always told the Bocurim to do this so there children with have a kesher with their parents and this the previous or 2 previous generation. I know I suffer from children not speaking the same language as me
