Suspects in Murderous Rock-Throwing Attack in Custody


parFour Arabs were taken into custody before Sukkos in connection with the murderous Rosh Hashanah rock-throwing attack that claimed the life of 64-year-old Alexander Levlovitz HY”D. The suspects in custody at 16-19-years-old, residents of Tzur Bahar in Jerusalem. The arrests were announced before Sukkos.

According to reports, the four told ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) investigators they set out to perpetrate a terror attack on Rosh Hashanah and they began massive rock-throwing attacks at vehicles in the Armon HaNatziv neighborhood, which borders Tzur Bahar. They hit a number of vehicles before bombarding the vehicle of Levlovitz, who lost control as a result of the massive rock-throwing.

Authorities add the four prepared a story in the event they were apprehended, all telling the same version until they told the trust under questioning.
