An 81-year-old driver who was traveling against the direction of traffic on the Coastal Road (Route 4) early Tuesday morning, 24 Elul, smashed into a police car. The elderly driver was killed and the policemen in the vehicle sustained moderate injuries.

A motorist viewing the driver traveling in the wrong direction calls police and captures the impact on video.
