When Yachad personnel from the chareidi campaign arrived at the office on Thursday morning 30 Shevat, they realized the Givat Shaul, Jerusalem location had been broken into. The office was vandalized and there was considerable damage reported.
The vandals threw office equipment through a window, including phones, computer, and a communications system. The vandals also damaged pictures of Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT”L found in the office and then threw them to the ground. They then made certain to glue shut the door. Police were summoned to the location.
Last week, a Yachad office was vandalized in Holon. Once again, a police complaint was filed.
