Doctors at Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer on Thursday 19 Elul report that former President Shimon Peres remains in ‘stable’ condition and there is a slight improvement in his condition.

The 93-year-old former statement suffered a major stroke and was admitted in very serious condition. Earlier this week doctors decided to begin slowly bringing him out of the medically induced coma and taking him off of the respiratory assistance.
