Bichsdei Hashem, the famed Badchan Reb Yankel Miller has been released from the hospital.

In a note to from his son submitted to YWN, it said the following:

“In the name of my father I would like to express our sincere appreciation and deepest thanks to Rabbi Israel Kahan and the Good Samaritan Hospital doctors and staff for their devotion throughout my father’s stay in the hospital.

In a matter of one week’s time he was released home after a terrible pneumonia which affected nearly 80% of his lungs!

Their devotion and professional treatment בס”ד healed him and got him home alive and well BH.

May Hashem bless Rabbi Kahan with continuous success, health and wealth, and all the best!”

Reb Yankel – known as the Yarma Rav – is a popular figure in Chasidic communities. He is one of the most sought after Badchonim, having performed at thousands upon thousands of Chasunos and Sheva Brachos over the past 50 years. He lives in Monsey, New York.

Additionally, Reb Yankel is a Mechaber Seforim and a tremendous Talmid Chochom. He authored Sefer Yad Moshe on the Chasam Sofer.
