It was an 18 year old Bachur, Yehuda Chagai Cohen from Bne Brak, not a 40 year old Avreich. It happened on Kwish 40. Baruch Dayan Ho’emmes
Baruch dayan hoemes, and vhachi yiten el libo. Helmet? yellow vest? lights? Unfortunately, there is widespread disregard of basic safety practice and knowledge in Israeli chareididom. Defensive driving can be a life or death issue, and while I ride bicycle in Jerusalem, I dread driving a car in Gush Dan.
how fast was the driver going and were there lights on the bike?
