Two more IDF soldiers were R”L killed in Gaza on Monday afternoon, the IDF says. The death toll of IDF soldiers and officers in Gaza is now at 27 since Israel launched the ground operation in Gaza.

One of the soldiers is Sgt. First Class Oded Ben-Sira HY”D, 22, from Nir Etzion. He was shot and killed by a Hamas sniper. Ben-Sira served in the Nachal Brigade. His Levaya will be on Tuesday.

The name of the second soldier was not yet released by the IDF Spokesperson.

Three IDF soldiers were seriously wounded overnight.
