The Kiryas Yoel community is mourning the tragic loss of 59-year-old Aron Meyer A”H, a long time member of KJ Hatzolah. Aron was an active Paramedic for the past 25 years, and was responsible for saving hundreds of lives.
He was tragically hit by a car in the parking lot of a Paramus, NJ shopping center this past Thursday, and was placed on life support. He fought for his life until earlier today, when his Neshama was returned to its maker.
“Medic-1”, as he was called on the radio, will forever be remembered for going above and beyond the call of duty, and will be sorely missed by all members of KJ Hatzolah, and the KJ Jewish community at large.
Levaya information will be posted as soon as its available.
